Services

Songate provides music strategy, marketing, and consulting services to artists, labels, and music brands. Specific service terms, deliverables, and fees are set out in separate agreements with clients. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Songate or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

User submissions

Any information, materials, or ideas you submit to us through the Site or during consultations may be used by Songate for the purpose of providing services and improving our offerings.
